Scope freeze
Once approved, the scope holds.
New requests after approval go to the next cycle. Every new request is classified — function or enhancement — within 24 hours. No ambiguity, in writing.

Scope document within 48 hours. A working MVP in your hands by day 7. Full Foundation Build delivered within 6–8 weeks of scope approval. These are SLA commitments — if we miss them, you get SGD 200 back for every day we're late.
Four functions: an operational dashboard with role-based access, a revenue and pipeline tracker, an AI assistant that answers questions about your data in natural language, and a notification and alert centre. Plus the infrastructure that runs it — hosting, authentication, database, and 2–3 data connections (Xero required if available, plus others agreed in the scoping session).
A Function adds something new to the system — a new data connection, a new interface, a new AI workflow, or a new automation. An Enhancement is a minor addition to something already built: filtering, CSV export, UI tweaks, adding a column, adjusting permissions. Enhancements are included during active builds. Every request is classified within 24 hours.
Ben builds it. No subcontractors, no outsourcing, no handoffs. You work directly with the same person from the discovery call through to deployment. This is how we keep quality consistent and delivery fast.
You get SGD 200 back for every day we're late on any committed milestone — scope document, MVP, or full build. This is written into the service agreement, not a marketing claim. The credit applies against your next invoice, or is refunded directly if there is no future invoice.
Yes. Cancel after receiving the scope document and get 70% back. Cancel after the MVP and get 50% back. Cancel after the full build — no refund, because the work is complete and yours. All code delivered up to that point is yours regardless.
Completely. Every line of code, every database, every piece of documentation becomes your sole property on delivery. Ben retains no license or rights over anything built for you. If you ever want to take the system somewhere else, it's yours to do so.
You choose. If there are more capabilities to add, continue with Function Cycles — one new capability per cycle, SGD 2,400 each. If the core system is complete, move to Maintain Mode for hosting, updates, and async support at SGD 2,400 per year. You can re-enter Build Mode anytime a new need comes up.
Any tool with an API or data export. Common connections in the Foundation: Xero or QuickBooks (financial data), Google Calendar or Outlook (availability), Gmail or Outlook (activity log). Subsequent functions have included Notion, HubSpot, custom databases, logistics APIs, OCR document pipelines, and multi-retailer data feeds. If the data exists, it can be connected.
The current focus is Singapore-based service businesses. All pricing is in SGD and the agreement is governed by Singapore law. If you're based elsewhere and the fit is clear, reach out — we assess on a case-by-case basis.
Good fit: a service business of 10–35 people, a founder who can describe exactly what's broken, data that already exists (in Xero, in email, in spreadsheets) but isn't centralised. Poor fit: a business that hasn't started yet, needs a consumer product, or wants a custom solution but isn't willing to commit to two sessions in the first 10 days.
