Four functions: operational dashboard with role-based access (revenue, pipeline, team capacity, client health), one workflow automation of your choice, AI assistant, notification centre. Plus the infrastructure (hosting, authentication, database) and 2 to 3 data connections agreed in scoping (typically finance, calendar, email, and one source specific to your business). Your knowledge wiki is initialised here too. The operational dashboard comes up first on your data; the rest is built out from there.
A Function adds something new: a new data connection, a new interface, a new AI workflow, a new automation. An Enhancement is a minor addition to something already built: filtering, CSV export, UI tweaks, adding a column. Enhancements are included before the build starts and bundled into the scope document. Once the scope is approved, it's frozen — new requests go to the next Function Cycle. Every request is classified before it's allowed to change scope.

Grant routes add 3 to 6 months of approval time before a single line of code is written, and they freeze scope during the wait — so the system you receive is the system you specced before you knew what you actually needed. Our buyers pay out of cashflow because they want the system live fast, not next quarter. If grant cost-recovery is your top priority, we are not the right fit.
