From shared inboxes and PDF folders to one platform.
An education consulting firm tracking university admissions for dozens of students across
spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and PDF folders.
We unified the work into one platform. Consultants track every student like a deal. Students log in to
submit work and upload documents. Sales and customer service can see every student's progress in real time
and follow up with parents directly. The weekly 3-hour sync between consultants and the sales/CS manager is
gone — the dashboard tells them what they used to ask for.
Manual market mapping replaced with an automated pipeline. Initial candidate pool grew. Intelligent filtering surfaced better-fit candidates faster. Past hiring data retained, searchable, compounds with every search.
Bank statement intelligence with OCR, consolidation, risk flags.
OCR engine parsing statements across multiple banks. Position data normalised automatically. Consolidation suggestions surfaced. Director gets a full live view without waiting for anyone.
Multi-retailer BI dashboard with AI analysis agent.
Data from four retailers, previously scattered across Excel files, unified into one dashboard. YoY, MoM, store-vs-store, SKU-level. AI agent trained on 3PL logistics surfaces recommendations from live data.
Where every engagement starts. Builds the operational core in 6 weeks.

AI Operating System
Your live operational brain.
Always on. Always yours. Every signal in one place.
Operational dashboard
Revenue, pipeline, team capacity, client health. The whole business in one view. Founder sees everything. Team leads see their scope. Role-based from day one.
Workflow automation
One automation chosen with you in scoping. Compliance approval chains, data-to-PDF reports, intake forms, manual review pipelines. The workflow eating the most of your team's hours, gone.
AI assistant
Ask in plain English. "Who's overdue?" "What's pipeline this month?" Answers in
seconds.
Notification centre
The system tells you when something needs attention. Thresholds you set.
Notion boards. A custom app. Spreadsheets that quietly became your
CRM. We audit, keep what's valuable, rebuild the rest on infrastructure that holds up.
01
System audit
We map every tool, process, and data source. What's used. What's ignored.
What creates friction.
02
Scoping session
What gets kept, rebuilt, replaced. Locked in writing before a line of code.
03
Rebuild on proper infrastructure
From duct tape to a real platform. Same four functions as the Foundation
Build.
04
Same commitments. Same ownership.
48hr scope. Day-7 MVP. 6 weeks fully functional. SGD 200 back per day late.
If your problem has a simpler, cheaper answer — a better process, a different tool, no AI at all — you hear it.
Bolun (Ben) Liu
Founder · RightClick:AI · Singapore
Marketer and AI operator. I build everything myself — no subcontractors, no handoffs. Free discovery call and workflow audit. Prorated refund at every paid stage: 95% back after scope, 70% after MVP. If we're not a fit, you hear it on the call. Read the manifesto →
FAQ
Questions founders actually ask.
If something isn't here, email ben@3nm.io. Reply within 24 hours.
Free 30-minute discovery call, then a free 1-hour workflow audit if both sides see a fit. If you commit to proceed: scope document within 48 hours, with all four functions and your chosen workflow automation locked in writing. Day 7 MVP: your operational dashboard live on real data — revenue, pipeline, team capacity, client health. Two iteration rounds with you during MVP. Full build delivered within 6 weeks of scope approval. If we miss any milestone, you get SGD 200 back per day late.
Four functions: operational dashboard with role-based access (revenue, pipeline, team capacity, client health), one workflow automation of your choice, AI assistant, notification centre. Plus the infrastructure (hosting, authentication, database) and 2 to 3 data connections agreed in scoping (typically finance, calendar, email, and one source specific to your business). Your knowledge wiki is initialised here too. The Day 7 MVP is the operational dashboard live on your data; the rest is built out by week 6.
A Function adds something new: a new data connection, a new interface, a new AI workflow, a new automation. An Enhancement is a minor addition to something already built: filtering, CSV export, UI tweaks, adding a column. Enhancements are included before the build starts and bundled into the scope document. Once the scope is approved, it's frozen — new requests go to the next Function Cycle. Every request classified within 24 hours.
Ben builds it. No subcontractors, no
outsourcing, no handoffs. You work directly with the same person from discovery call to deployment.
If Ben misses any committed milestone, you get SGD 200 back per day late. Written into the service agreement, not a marketing claim. Credit applies against your next invoice, or is refunded directly if there's no future invoice. One caveat: the 6-week SLA depends on fast feedback from your side — typically within 48 hours. We move fast; we need you to as well. The 6-week build is short because momentum matters: every blocked decision compounds. If feedback consistently takes longer, the SLA pauses for that period (the days don't count against the deadline). We'll always flag this in writing before the timer pauses.
Yes. After scope: 95% back. After MVP: 70% back. Cancel after any Function Cycle: no penalty. All code delivered is yours regardless. No lock-in.
Completely. Every line of code, every database, the infrastructure, the SOPs, the knowledge wiki — everything becomes your sole property on delivery. Ben retains no license or rights. If we ever part ways, the system continues to work as intended.
Every SOP, role, responsibility, decision, and rule that shapes how your business runs. Cross-linked. Searchable from inside the AI assistant. Maintained as part of every Function Cycle. It's the difference between a system that works for you and a system you actually own. If we ever part ways, the wiki and the system continue to work as intended.
Good fit: a service business of 10 to 35 people, a founder who can describe what's broken, data that already exists but isn't centralised.
Poor fit: a business that hasn't started, needs a consumer product, or can't give 48-hour feedback during the build.
